During this semester-long research project, our group's goal was to find out why society favors some celebrities over others. To rephrase, why society forgives some celebrities over others. Through various qualitative and quantitative research methods, we were able to find significant data to help us answer this question. These are our findings.
Microwave Deprivation Study

Our task was to deprive students of microwaves for a two-week period and record their progress. This helped us dive into the mindset of the consumer and develop a Creative Brief for future brand use.
Carino's Italian Marketing Report
When presented with the opportunity to dive into the restaurant market and compare not only Carino Italian's competition, but also their standpoint amongst their customer base, I discovered flaws in Carino's current Marketing plan. This report presents a mix of qualitative and quantitative research in order to suggest a different direction for the restaurant's Marketing Team.
E.S.I. - Estate Sale Investigator
The goal of this Solo exercise is to study the belongings found at an estate sale and discover insights about the person or people that lived there. This helps develop a future advertiser’s observational and synthesis skills. After conducting this research study, I not only nurtured these skills, but learned more about target marketing.
Huzzaz Media Plan
Role: Strategic Development
An up-and-coming video sharing platform, Huzzaz, asked us students to create a media plan in hopes of acquiring new members. With a budget of $500k, our group integrated both social buzz and paid media to run a hypothetically successful five-month campaign.
